ICT has been a powerful force in the life of everyone, every business, and of course, in higher education. Using ICT has been felt as necessary for the 21st-century person, business people, and university instructors. ICT usage has provided precious resources, opportunities, and knowledge.
Moreover, we learned that university instructors have used ICT and continue to do so extensively.
